Shawngela has been practising meditation for over 10 years and has such a broad and eclectic knowledge of many styles of meditation as well as meditation for health, mindfulness, chi gong and much more. She runs a meditation for health program through her website, Seek Within You, teaches chi gong and helps others to improve their physical and mental health through meditation and mindfulness practices.
