On this page, I’m going to share with you more information about my affiliate relationships and other promotions.
Transparency and authenticity are extremely important to me so you won’t see me promoting anything I haven’t personally done, enjoyed and got a lot of value from.
Affiliate links
Some of my articles will state at the top or in brackets beside a link, that I use affiliate links. This means that I have personally done the course or tried and liked a particular product and would recommend it to others. I do this via affiliate links which means if you were to click on my link and buy the course or product I had written about, I would earn a commission. This, however, would come at no expense to you and is a way for me to be compensated for the work I do, without selling advertising space for products I don’t care about.

Wim Hof Method
I have personally done two of the Wim Hof courses, read several of his books and attended his live event in London. I have been personally practising the Wim Hof Method daily for the last six years and am proud to be an affiliate and recommend it
Mindvalley
I have done many Mindvalley Courses over the last six years, many of which have helped me tremendously. Combining some of the world’s best teachers in areas you wouldn’t traditionally learn about in mainstream education, Mindvalley is another company I highly recommend and proud to be an affiliate for.
Mind Movies
I have done one course with Mind Movies which helped me build my initial personal yoga business. While this course isn’t a daily part of my life any more, it’s still one that helped a lot during a particular point in my life.
Amazon
Alongside online courses, I am also an affiliate for Amazon. Whenever I mention a book or product I have enjoyed and recommend, I will sometimes include an Amazon affiliate link for that book or product.
