Why the Everyday Bliss Quest is Important
In a world that wants to keep you constantly busy and doing stuff, it can be easy to just keep moving through life without actually stopping to enjoy it.
On top of this and something I’ve become aware of a lot recently, when you don’t allow any space to just ‘be’ — whether that’s through meditation, hypnosis, or taking the time to gaze at a flower in your garden — you prevent new ideas or inspiration coming your way. At least this is my experience.
I love reading and learning new things and I’m forever open to hearing multiple perspectives on something. But, without space, it not only becomes impossible to truly relax and tap into your bliss, but it prevents you from being able to see, and think clearly too.
So, what I’m trying to say is that, the intention of this course isn’t to add anything extra, but instead, it’s about tuning in to what is already in you, and as you’ll discover in the masterclass, there are so many unexpected benefits to doing this.

Over 21 days, you will be led through daily video, guided hypnosis sessions, and exercises to do in your own time.

For me, although I don’t have sleep issues, or depression, despite having a daily yoga practice, I can still quite often feel worried or stressed — especially when I’m too future focused. Worries might range from money to where I should be living, or if I’m parenting correctly.
I can honestly say that the effects of this course are instant. Paul McKenna genuinely does have the power to help you tune into where you’re at right now and actually feel not just calmer and happier, but more blissful too.
This is something I have to keep reminding myself of despite how cliched it sounds. In order to make any changes, you have to feel happy right now and be grateful for what you have.
I know with some courses, it can seem like you’re being offered a ‘quick fix’ and with others you’re told you have to work really hard at it. But, this isn’t a linear process. You will likely feel different after just doing day one of the course or the free masterclass.
This isn’t then to say you can sit back and not do anything for the rest of the course or that it will be easy. Instead it’s about embodying what you’ve learnt and allowing it to become a part of your daily life — even once the quest has finished. This is something I have to keep reminding myself of, especially if I start to think too far into the future.
We have all been programmed in a way to consume more or feel like we’re just one more outfit, holiday, or new house away from happiness. This of course is probably the biggest lie of our time, yet one we all buy into. So, in a way, like meditation, you can view this quest as a kind of peeling back so you can feel happier and tune into your bliss right now.
