Before you read any further, this article has affiliate links for the free Jeffrey Allen masterclass. I am proud to be a Mindvalley affiliate and highly recommend their courses. You can read my full affiliate disclosure here.

I couldn’t think of a better time to do this course. Before I write any more, I just want to say how grateful I am to be doing it. I’ve just completed day four, finishing with a pretty powerful grounding meditation, and I thought I’d share some of my initial thoughts and feelings with you. Plus, I’d also like to share with you a free Duality masterclass that you can join right now via the link below.

Duality course in a nutshell

“Discover How To Tap Into Your Energy To Get Answers, Attract Synchronicities, Raise Your Vibrations, And Make An Impact On The World” — Jeffrey Allen, creator of Duality

Who is the course for and what is it about?

This course is for anyone who would like to take a more holistic approach to healing, become more grounded, attract synchronicities and make an impact on the world — to name just a few things. The name Duality refers to both the physical and energetic worlds, and how on the course, you will be working at a deeper level on your energetic and physical bodies.

You can read more about the course here

Why I’m doing this course

As an affiliate for Mindvalley I received an email saying that Duality was going to be relaunched this December. After reading about the course, I then realised how much I wanted to do it, so a few days ago I enrolled and over the coming months I’ll be sharing and writing about my experiences.

In all honesty, the last six or seven months or so have been quite uncertain and up and down for me. Earlier in the year I had a miscarriage just before my 12 week scan, which then took some time to heal from. In addition to this, I had this overwhelming feeling to get my life back on track again but I wasn’t sure how to make everything work together. For example, balancing motherhood with work, buying a house, where we might move to and how to make that happen when decisions are about family decisions rather than just me.

At the start of the course, we were asked to state our intentions. I left mine pretty simple and that was to have clarity on which direction to head next. For example, prior to having my son, I was a full time yoga teacher teaching people mainly one-to-one as this is how I enjoy teaching yoga best and feel I have the most to give. When I became a Mum, I turned my attention to creating an online course where I shared everything I knew about teaching yoga one-to-one and setting up as a personal yoga teacher.

Although I loved making the course, I’m not so sure about becoming a coach for yoga teachers. So, my latest thought is to perhaps take additional training in counselling/ psychotherapy with the intention of combining both yoga and psychotherapy but specialising in something specific, such as working with people who have high levels of stress or sleep issues.

Have I seen any positive changes yet?

These are just some initial thoughts, which even after just four days, don’t feel so daunting anymore. However, by the end of the course I hope to have clarity — where I know with absolute certainty which decisions are the best ones. I’m already feeling so much more grounded after just a few days into the course which is great.

After day two, I also had confirmation that I have two new private yoga clients, which I’m really happy about. I’d been teaching one-to-one online for some time during the covid pandemic and teaching this session in-person made me realise how much I love working in this way. So, rather than feeling overwhelmed now, I actually feel quite excited about everything.

Final thoughts

I’ve shared a bit about why i’m doing the course and what I hope to get out of it. If you think this is something you could benefit from too, definitely check out the free Duality masterclass below. In the masterclass you will learn four powerful but simple energy techniques that you can implement in your life straight away to help you “tap into your spiritual body so you can easily tune into your physical world for more health, wealth, love, inner peace and clarity.”
