It’s been a few years now since I started practising the Wim Hof Method, and since I’ve now started making YouTube videos, I thought I’d edit some old footage of me in an ice bath from a few years ago.

In the original Wim Hof Method 10 week video course, taking an ice bath comes at week eight, so if you are going to do it, make sure you do the previous weeks first to stay safe or you’re with someone who knows what they’re doing.
