The last time I did partner yoga I accidentally pulled one of the kitchen cupboards off the wall. I’m pleased to say that this time round, my balance was a bit better.
It’s week four of my yoga teacher training at Rishikesh Yog Peeth and we’re having a week of being taught by the 300 hour students which I’m really enjoying as everyone has such a different style. I loved this afternoon’s class, taught by Ann which was a really gentle partner yoga session and really creatively put together.
