Etsy shop: Yoga Spirit Art
March 2016 – Current
Inspired after doing a 30 Day Mandala art challenge, my Mum and I, created an Etsy shop where we sell affordable and environmentally friendly yoga and nature inspired art prints. The intention is to provide affordable pieces of art related to yoga and spirituality, that feel special.
You can view our art prints here.
Ebooks
It started as a 30 day challenge which led me to write the drafts of two ebooks in 30 days and self publish them on Amazon. Here they are below. The 30 Day Challenge book came about after I started so many of these challenges in lots of different areas and saw how they could lead onto inspire other projects such as my Etsy shop. I then wrote Etsy Artist which is a mini guide for artists who wish to start an Etsy shop.
30 Day Challenges
October 2014 – Current
Ever since watching the TED talk Try Something New for 30 Days I’ve tried out a variety of 30 day challenges which I’ve blogged about on my site ranging from drawing every day to learning to play the wooden flute, and writing the draft of an ebook. Some of these 30 day challenges stopped after a month, but some such as the mandala drawing challenge led to longer term projects such as my Etsy shop Yoga Spirit Art.
Meditation interviews
November 2013 – 2015
Rather than just share my thoughts and experiences, in November 2013, I started a podcast/interview project which involved messaging people who interested me and asking if I could interview them either over Skype or in person if they lived in London. I’d often get up at 3am to have hour long chats with people over Skype where we’d talk about everything related to the idea of the self, Buddhism and how meditation might help ADHD.

Thought Brick
January 2013- Current
My website started as a collaborative project with my brother from Van Dog Traveller in December 2012 with the intention of creating a platform to share ideas, thoughts and write articles on areas that interest me: yoga, meditation, art, spirituality and life in general.
